Villa Nepheli Video

One can access this private villa via an external staircase and find  the main lounge dining area and the kitchen which lay on the 1st floor.  Your first impression is sure to amaze you since the combination of stone and marble  as well as the spacious spaces offer a  feature of luxury and comfort.

Upon entering the space from the central staircase (see photo) you will find the monastery dining room on the left while the fully equipped kitchen is on the right. In between the central area you will enjoy our living room with the corner sofa and the coffee table where you can  watch your favorite movies on the 58 inches TV or relax with the  view of the  balcony overlooking the private pool and the Toroneos gulf. 

Continuing to the right of the living-dining room you will find a staircase from which we go down to the ground floor of the villa and to the attic 1 bedroom with 1 double bed without a door that closes and the WC. On the ground floor of the residence are the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 a small additional area that mau accommodate children.  1 of the bedrooms is accessed by 3 steps to the ground floor area and to a level a little lower where there is an additional area configured with a sofa bed and isolated through a special glass door with curtains and soundproofing. It is usually used for 2 adults with 2 small or large children.

The villa has 1 large balcony with luxury outdoor furniture, while the pool also has a sheltered area with a large living room and table to enjoy special moments during your swim. The swimming pool of 80 sq.m. and the children's pool of 20 sq.m. they have deckchairs around. However, you must be careful not to slip while diving head first because there is a chance of injury.

The villa is delivered fully furnished and cleaned using all necessary disinfection measures. There are towels and sheets available as well as selected bathroom items for daily personal use.

Security measures:

• The cleaning is carried out by our trained and permanent staff, while materials and cleaning items prescribed by the health protocols of the state are used.
• The pool is chlorinated at regularly scheduled intervals and you are informed about intermediate protection during the said procedures.
• All surfaces and items as well as the kitchen are cleaned and disinfected between guests to ensure your safe stay.
• Do not allow children to play unaccompanied in the pool or any area. The property is not responsible for any event due to lack of supervision.
