In addition, there is a special area used as a fourth bedroom without a door, functioning as a passage from the living room to the corridor with the bedrooms, equipped with 2 single beds (as this is an open space, it is suitable for 2 children).
Guests: 6 adults + 5 children (children up to 14 years old), of whom 2 children may stay in the 2 single beds in the intermediate open space between the upper and lower floor (open area).

Villa Artemis Video

Our private villa is accessed to the main lounge dining area and kitchen which lay on the 1st floor via an external staircase. . You will be impressed by the combination of stone and wood as well as the spacious living room, a special feature of luxury and comfort.

Upon entering the space from the central staircase (see photo) you will find the monastery dining room on the left and  the fully equipped kitchen. In  the central area you will enjoy our living room with the corner sofa and the coffee table where you can  watch your favorite movies on the 55 inches TV or relax at your balcony .

Continuing to the left of the living-dining room you will find a staircase from which we go down to the ground floor of the villa where the  bedrooms and  bathrooms are, 1 of which has a corner bathtub and the other 2 have  a shower. The Master bedroom has also got a WC.

Special Notice: The bedroom that has 2 single beds is a passage to the other 2 bedrooms that have lockable doors. In essence it can sleep 2 children as a room that is between the 2 other bedrooms.

 The villa has 1 large balcony with  outdoor furniture, while the pool also has a sheltered area with a  living room and table to enjoy special moments during your swim. The swimming pool of 30 sq.m. it has sunbeds around it and the floor is designed with non-slip materials. However, you must be careful not to slip while diving head first because there is a chance of injury.

The villa is delivered fully furnished and cleaned using all necessary disinfection measures. There are towels and sheets available as well as selected bathroom items for daily personal use.

Security measures:

• The cleaning is carried out by our trained and permanent staff, while materials and cleaning items prescribed by the health protocols of the state are used.
• The pool is chlorinated at regularly scheduled intervals and you are informed about intermediate protection during the said procedures.
• All surfaces and items as well as the kitchen are cleaned and disinfected between guests to ensure your safe stay.
• Do not allow children to play unaccompanied in the pool or any area. The property is not responsible for any event due to lack of supervision.
